The Fundamentals of my Coaching

My coaching projects often require more than just an in-depth knowledge of established coaching techniques and a deep interest in and respect for people. The executives I work with also wish to benefit from practical and first-hand insights into – and a clear understanding of – how top executives learn and grow, and how corporate careers evolve in today’s competitive business environment.

This is the reason why I combine both coaching and consulting. My background as a trained coach and senior partner in one of the world’s premier leadership advisory firms has put me in a unique position to do exactly that. With confidence, respect, and diligence, I challenge firmly held assumptions and beliefs, push boundaries, and test limits.

Growing and developing as an executive and transforming yourself as human being are not processes that have to be experienced as arduous, hard work. While every successful coaching process requires discipline and follow-up work, I take an enjoyable, simple, flexible, and – most importantly – highly effective approach.

How I Work

In the introductory session, we aim to understand the situation and agree on the best way forward. I usually arrange an initial six-month coaching project with most clients. I provide tailored, intensive, comprehensive, high-impact coaching.

I typically propose a program with two-hour meetings every two to three weeks. I am available via e-mail or by phone to provide support between sessions.
