Leadership Advisor for CEOs, Executive Committee Members, and Top Talents

I was born and raised in Lucerne, Switzerland, and hold an MA and a PhD in Economics and Political Science from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and an ADP from London Business School (LBS). I worked in several roles at Sandoz Corporation, most recently as Area General Manager of Sandoz Crop Science Eastern Europe in Vienna.

I also served as an officer in the Swiss Armed Forces for several years and commanded a mortar unit.

For the past 26 years, I have been working as a senior partner with the premier global leadership advisory and executive search firm Egon Zehnder, where I was Country Managing Partner of Egon Zehnder Switzerland until 2019.

I trained as a coach with Egon Zehnder and am an associated member of the Institute of Coaching (IOC, www.instituteofcoaching.org), McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School Affiliate.

With my own executive coaching firm, I am now focusing on helping C-level executives and top talents to develop.
